I have been a physical trainer in the British Army for 12 years and served 17. In that time I have trained men and women to be the best they can be, ready to fight anywhere in the world. After leaving the Forces I looked around for a fitness class that would use every muscle and burn the maximum amount of calories in an hour without spending hours and hours in the gym. I looked for months trying all types of classes, until I found Kettlercise. With this one piece of equipment I can burn up to 1000 calories in an hour and build muscle or tone depending on the weight of the kettlebell.
You do not need to be physically fit in order to attend the class, and if you have not attended before we recommend starting with a 2kgs Kettlebell to learn the technique, and then as your confidence and fitness increases, you can gradually increase the weight to get the maximum benefit out of the class. The great thing about these classes is that you can progress at your own pace and the routines are easy to follow.

You can just turn up to any of our classes, however as some of the classes can be busy, we do recommend reserving a space where possible.
Kettlebells and mats are provided at the class, so a large bottle of water to keep hydrated, and a small amount of motivation is all you need.

I attended Marts’ class for 18 months, got in the best shape I’ve ever been in and became extremely fit, all from a one hour class a week and adjustments to my diet. "I've been in this class now since May 2017 and have absolutely loved it. I've lost fat and toned up quicker then any other exercise class I've been too...including when I went to the gym 4 times a week. I've gained muscle....but in the way I wanted to (not in a bulk way) but to tone the areas as a female I wanted to (arms...thighs...bum and stomach) Martin is a fantastic instructor and encourages me to push myself every class. He gives great advise on technique for the moves in each lesson and also diet and supplements you wish to take alongside the class.
